1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of subscriptions for CashBook, our UPI-based expense management platform for businesses.

2. Subscription Model

CashBook operates on a subscription-based model, where businesses are charged based on the number of wallets issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation Window

Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any charges. After this 24-hour period, cancellations are not permitted for the current billing cycle.

3.2 Refunds

4. Modification of Subscription

4.1 Adjusting Number of Wallets

Subscribers may increase or decrease the number of wallets associated with their subscription at any time. These changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

4.2 Effective Date of Changes

Any modifications to the number of wallets will take effect from the start of the next billing period.

5. Billing

5.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan).

5.2 Prorated Charges

Changes to the number of wallets during a billing cycle will not result in prorated charges or refunds. The new wallet count will be used to calculate charges for the subsequent billing period.

6. Termination of Service

CashBook reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any subscriber who violates our terms of service or engages in fraudulent activity.
