How is CashBook different from corporate cards?

Is there a set‑up cost or long‑term contract?

How secure is my money?

How secure is my information on CashBook?

CashBook uses a number of security measures to keep your payments safe, including industry standard encryption protocols encryption, screen locks, and Wallet PINs.

Is it safe to transfer money through the CashBook app?

Yes, we are certified by the NPCI (the regulatory body for UPI), and you can make transactions only from the device where the registered SIM is present, which makes transferring money through the CashBook App absolutely safe and secure.

What can I do to keep my transactions safe?

- Never share your Wallet PIN, OTP, CVV and credit/debit card details with anyone. - Never enter your Wallet PIN to receive money on CashBook App. - Never download third party apps, such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer at the request of unknown callers.

What if someone tries to login to my account?

Any login from a new device will require an OTP, which is sent to your registered mobile number or your email. If you notice OTPs on your accounts that you didn't request, please contact us immediately on support@cashbook.in or +91 8062177678.

How do I register a fraud complaint on CashBook app?

To register a fraud complaint, please contact our customer support team. They will help you file a complaint and investigate the matter.

How is the pricing structured?

Pricing is based on the number of wallets. Discounts apply for bulk wallets and longer subscription periods.
